Delete Your Account

1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Burrak AI account (including accounts created in the Burrak AI Assistant mobile app) at any time.

• Email privacy@burrakai.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Use the subject line "Delete my account".
• We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

If you signed in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, or Apple, send the request from the email address of that sign-in account so we can verify ownership.

2. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, email address, and sign-in identities).
• Your agents, their configurations, and their memory.
• Your conversations, scheduled tasks, and channel messages.
• Files you uploaded and files your agents produced.
• Device push-notification registrations.
• Stored connector and service credentials.

If you are the only owner of an organization, the organization and its data are deleted with your account. If the organization has other members, ownership must be transferred or the organization wound down before your account can be removed.

3. What is retained

We retain limited records where the law requires it or where we have an ongoing legitimate need:

• Billing and transaction records, kept for tax and accounting compliance.
• Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Retained records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.

4. Deleting data without closing your account

You can also delete data while keeping your account: conversations, agents, files, and scheduled tasks can be deleted directly inside the product, and you can email privacy@burrakai.com to request deletion of specific data.

5. Active subscriptions

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
