Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited local agents on your own machine, up to two remote agents in the cloud, and the web, iOS and Android apps — you pay only for the credits your agents actually consume. Sign up on the web or in the apps with no card; new accounts start with 100 credits. Paid plans begin at $1 for the first week and add a monthly credit allowance, a higher remote-agent ceiling, the desktop app, and desktop plus email notifications.

What is a credit, and how are they used?

Credits meter the work an agent does — the inference and compute a task actually consumes. That way you pay for work performed rather than a flat fee for capacity you may never use. Your balance is always visible on the dashboard, and the transaction history shows exactly what each run cost.

Do paid plans include credits?

Every paid plan adds a monthly credit allowance on top of the subscription: 12,000 credits on Pro, 60,000 on Pro Plus and 120,000 on Max. The allowance is added automatically at the start of each billing cycle, on yearly plans as well as monthly ones.

What is the difference between a local and a remote agent?

A local agent runs on your own machine and can work with your local files. A remote agent runs in the cloud and keeps working after you close your laptop. Every plan can run both. Remote-agent runtime is billed from credits on every plan, and is only charged while an agent is actually working on a chat or a task — what a plan buys is a monthly credit allowance and a ceiling on how many remote agents you can have: two on Free and Pro, five on Pro Plus, ten on Max.

Can I change plan or cancel later?

Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly with no commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and a change is prorated against your existing subscription so the switch is charged fairly.

Which plan do I need for a team?

Max includes a shared organisation with up to seven seats, so your team works from the same plan, agents and billing. Free, Pro and Pro Plus are single-user plans. Teams that need more than seven seats should talk to us about Enterprise.

How does the $1 first week work?

You pay $1 today and the plan starts straight away with 3,000 credits — the same amount whichever plan and interval you pick. Seven days later the subscription renews at the plan price you chose, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel before then. The $1 offer can be taken once per account.

How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?

Payment is by card at checkout. Your plan, payment method, invoices and credit history are all in the billing area of the dashboard. For anything else, email billing@burrakai.com.
