Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan needs no credit card. It includes local agents on your own machine, remote agents in the cloud, and the desktop, web and mobile apps. You pay only for the credits your agents actually consume as they work.

What is a credit, and how are they used?

Credits meter the work an agent does — the inference and compute a task actually consumes. That way you pay for work performed rather than a flat fee for capacity you may never use. Your balance is always visible on the dashboard, and the transaction history shows exactly what each run cost.

Do paid plans include credits?

Every paid plan adds a monthly credit allowance on top of the subscription: $2 on Pro, $10 on Pro Plus and $20 on Max. The allowance is added automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

What is the difference between a local and a remote agent?

A local agent runs on your own machine and can work with your local files. A remote agent runs in the cloud around the clock and keeps working after you close your laptop. Free and paid plans can run both; paid plans include remote-agent runtime that would otherwise draw on credits.

Can I change plan or cancel later?

Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly with no commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and a change is prorated against your existing subscription so the switch is charged fairly.

Which plan do I need for a team?

Max includes a shared organisation with up to seven seats, so your team works from the same plan, agents and billing. Free, Pro and Pro Plus are single-user plans. Teams that need more than seven seats should talk to us about Enterprise.

How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?

Payment is by card at checkout. Your plan, payment method, invoices and credit history are all in the billing area of the dashboard. For anything else, email billing@burrakai.com.
