Credits & billing

Burrak uses credits to meter the work your agents do. This keeps pricing fair: you pay for the inference and compute a task actually consumes, rather than a flat fee for capacity you might not use.

Pay-as-you-go credits

Credits are consumed as your agents work. You can top up credits whenever you need them, and your current balance is always visible on your dashboard.

Included credits

Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits as part of the subscription — 12,000 on Pro, 60,000 on Pro Plus, and 120,000 on Max. These are added automatically each billing cycle. On a yearly plan the allowance still arrives monthly rather than as one lump at the start of the year.

What credits are spent on

Credits pay for the inference a task or a chat consumes, and for remote-agent runtime. Runtime is only charged while an agent is actually working on a chat or a task — an idle remote agent costs nothing on any plan, including Free.

The $1 first week

A new subscription can start with an introductory week: $1 today, 3,000 credits granted immediately, and the plan renews at its normal price seven days later unless you cancel. The $1 amount and the 3,000 credits are the same whichever plan and interval you choose, and the offer can be taken once per account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes are prorated against your existing subscription so you are charged fairly for the switch.

Managing billing

Manage your plan, payment method, invoices, and credit history from the billing area of your dashboard. Your transaction history shows exactly what was used.
