One account everywhere
Sign in with the account you already use on the web or desktop and your agents, tasks and credits are all there. Nothing to sync.
Good to know on Android
- On Android 13 and later the app asks for notification permission the first time you sign in. Allow it, or you will not hear when an agent finishes — you can change it later in Settings ▸ Apps ▸ Burrak AI ▸ Notifications.
- Paid plans can be bought inside the app through Google Play billing, and are managed and cancelled from your Google Play subscriptions like any other.
When to use another app
- Local agents need the desktop app. The phone runs and talks to cloud agents; an agent that works with the files and apps on your own computer runs in the desktop app for macOS or Windows.
- Remote agents use credits while they work, whichever app started them. Closing the app does not stop an agent that is mid-task — that is the point — so pause a task you no longer want from the Tasks screen.
- Long setup work is easier on a bigger screen. Everything is available on the phone, but writing a detailed brief or connecting several tools is quicker on the web or desktop.

Questions
- Is the Android app free?
- The app is free to download, and you can create a free account in it: pay-as-you-go credits and up to two remote agents. Paid plans add a monthly credit allowance, more remote agents and the desktop and web apps — see the pricing page for the current plans.
- Do agents keep running if I close the app?
- Yes. Remote agents run in the cloud, not on your phone, so closing the app or locking the screen does not stop them. The app is how you reach them, and a push notification tells you when there is something to read.
- Can I use my existing Burrak account?
- Yes. Sign in the same way you do on the web or desktop — email or the same social sign-in — and everything is already there — agents, tasks, memory and credits.
