Marketing role
AI Content Creator
An AI content creator that researches, drafts and repurposes your content — in your voice, and into your tools.
Give it a topic and your brand voice and it does the work between an idea and a draft: researching with sources, outlining, writing the long piece, then cutting it into the social posts, the newsletter blurb and the script. It writes into Google Docs or Notion and can carry a finished post into Canva, so the output lands where your team already edits.
Things you could ask for
Written the way you would actually say them. The agent plans the steps itself.
- “Research what has been published about AI agents for small agencies in the last three months and draft a 1,500-word post with a different angle, citing every source.”
- “Turn this blog post into five LinkedIn posts, three X posts and a 90-second video script, each written for the platform rather than cut down.”
- “Read our brand voice guide in Notion and rewrite these three product pages to match it. Show me what you changed and why.”
- “Build next month’s editorial calendar in the content sheet: four posts, each with a search intent, a working title and the question it answers.”
- “Take this finished post into Canva and make the social cards from our brand template.”
What you get back
Drafts in a Google Doc or Notion page, ready to edit — long-form with sources linked, and the short-form versions beside it. Calendars come back as rows in your content sheet; designs as editable files in your Canva account.
Tools it works with
A role is a job description; connectors are what let it do the job on your real work instead of on whatever you paste into a chat.
Where it is the wrong tool
- It does not publish. There are no social-network or CMS publishing connectors in this role; drafts land in your tools and a person decides what goes out.
- It writes from research, not experience. The details that make a piece worth reading — your numbers, your customers’ words, what went wrong — have to come from you; ask it to leave marked gaps rather than invent them.
- Claims need checking. It cites sources for what it researches, but a draft can still state something confidently that no source supports. Read it as an editor, not a proofreader.
- It will not fabricate testimonials, quotes, statistics or reviews. Social proof has to be real.
Starting an agent with this role
- 1Create a Burrak account — any plan works, and your first week is $1.
- 2In the Marketplace, open the Roles tab, find Content Creator and choose “Start an agent as Content Creator”. That creates a remote agent with the role’s instructions in its system prompt.
- 3Connect the tools it needs — Google Docs, Notion, Tavily Web Search, Canva, Google Sheets — from Connectors.
- 4Give it a brief. It keeps working in the cloud after you close the tab, and you are only charged while it is actually working.
The Content Creator role, in practice
- Will the content sound like us?
- Give it a voice guide and two or three pieces you are proud of, and it matches them; the agent’s memory keeps those preferences between tasks, so you are not re-explaining your brand every time.
- Is AI-written content bad for SEO?
- Search engines judge whether content is useful, not how it was typed. Thin, generic drafts published unedited do badly, whoever wrote them. Use it for research, structure and first drafts, and put your own expertise into the final version.
- How is this different from the SEO Specialist role?
- The SEO Specialist decides what a page should target and whether your pages compete with each other; the Content Creator writes and repurposes the content. They work well as a pair: one sets the brief, the other drafts it.
