AI Offer & Lead Gen Strategist

An AI offer and lead generation strategist that fixes the offer before you spend on traffic, then designs the lead magnet and the channel plan.

Give it your product, your buyers and what you have tried so far, and it works on the top of the funnel in the right order: first the offer itself — the outcome, the proof, how fast the buyer sees a result and how much effort it takes them — then a lead magnet that is useful even if nobody buys, then one channel to prove before adding the next. It measures by opportunities created and payback, not clicks.

Things you could ask for

Written the way you would actually say them. The agent plans the steps itself.

  • “Here is our offer page and three customer interviews. Score the offer on outcome, proof, time to result and effort, and rewrite it so the weakest part is fixed first.”
  • “Design a lead magnet for operations managers at 50–200 person companies who know they have the problem but not the fix: format, the promise, the fields we capture and the follow-up emails it needs before launch.”
  • “Research what our three closest competitors give away to capture leads, with links, and tell me where we could be more useful.”
  • “Draft a 100-day plan to prove one acquisition channel before we spend on ads: daily actions, what we measure and the number that tells us to move on.”
  • “Build a referral offer for existing customers: what we ask, when we ask it, what both sides get, and the email that goes out at the right moment.”

What you get back

An offer blueprint (outcome, proof stack, guarantee, time to result, effort removed), a lead magnet spec with its nurture emails, a channel plan with daily actions and stop rules, and a unit-economics sheet with LTV:CAC and payback written as formulas — in Google Docs and Sheets, with designs started in Canva and emails drafted in Gmail.

Where it is the wrong tool

  • It does not run campaigns or buy media. Google Ads and Google Analytics can be connected through the Connectors page for reading performance; budgets, bids and launches stay with you.
  • It will not invent proof. Case studies, testimonials and results come from what you give it; where the offer needs proof you do not have yet, it says so instead of writing a claim.
  • It drafts, it does not send. Outreach, nurture emails and referral asks come back as drafts for you to approve.
  • Its unit economics are only as good as your numbers. Missing costs or churn rates are flagged as assumptions, not filled in.

Starting an agent with this role

  1. 1Create a Burrak account — any plan works, and your first week is $1.
  2. 2In the Marketplace, open the Roles tab, find Offer & Lead Gen Strategist and choose “Start an agent as Offer & Lead Gen Strategist”. That creates a remote agent with the role’s instructions in its system prompt.
  3. 3Connect the tools it needs — Tavily Web Search, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva, Gmail, PostHog — from Connectors.
  4. 4Give it a brief. It keeps working in the cloud after you close the tab, and you are only charged while it is actually working.

The Offer & Lead Gen Strategist role, in practice

Why fix the offer before getting more leads?
Because traffic multiplies whatever the offer converts at. Sending more people to a weak offer mostly buys proof that it is weak, at the price of the ads. A stronger offer makes every later channel cheaper, which is why it comes first.
How is this different from the Growth Hacker?
The Growth Hacker runs experiments across the whole funnel, from acquisition to retention. The Offer & Lead Gen Strategist works on the very top: what you are offering, what you give away to start the conversation, and which channel to prove first.
Can it track whether the lead magnet works?
Yes, if you connect your analytics. With PostHog it reads sign-ups and conversions directly, and Google Analytics connects through the Connectors page. It can then report weekly on the numbers you agreed would decide the next step.
